Beer and Applewood Smoked Sirloin
Our Beer and Hickory Smoked Sirloin is seasoned with our own spice rub mixture, and comes in sliced portions. The Roasts are slow smoked in Beer soaked Applewood, cooled and packaged from mid-rare to medium. Should you like your meat with the crap kicked out of it, just throw the package in a pot of boiling water and heat it Sous-Vide style to your preferred doneness. Our vacuum bags are BPA free and are ideal for Sous-Vide heating.
- Our Smoked Sirloin comes in 240g/ 1/2lb sliced packages. If you are looking to eat this as part of a meal, I would suggest a single 240g/ 1`/2lb portion per 2 people.
- Our meats, are also perfect for any special occasion, appetizer, charcuterie board or gift.
- Suggest warming in bag Sous-Vide style by placing entire bag into hot water after brining to a boil. Reduce and heat in package till heated to desired temperature from 2 - 8 minutes.
