Hickory and Cherry Smoked Candied Rum Glazed Salmon
Our Smoked Salmon is a customer favorite and is brined in our own mixture and then smoked using Cherry and Hickory wood. It is then Candied in our Dark Rum and Maple Glaze.
It is a fairly large portion of Sweet, Semi Salty, Sexy. Our Salmon can be eaten as a snack but is sure to impress any company you may be having over as an appetizer or in combination with a charcuterie board.
All smoked products should be refridgerated or frozen for later use. Allow products to thaw completely from freezer and aerated for 1/2 hr. before serving. Best served with White wine and any of our fine smoked cheeses.
