Whiskey and Cherry Smoked Chicken Breast
Our Smoked Chicken Breasts are slow smoked using Whiskey soaked and Cherry wood chips then finished with our bourbon sauce creating a complex flavor between smokey and sweet. Excellent on its own or as part of a charcuterie ensemble.
- Our Smoked Chicken come in single 150g/ 1 breast vacuumed packages. If you are looking to eat this as part of a meal, I would suggest a single 150g portion per serving depending on the eaters.
- Our Chicken, served in single 150g portions, are also perfect for any special occasion, appetizer, charcuterie board or gift.
- Suggest serving is cold, but if warming, do so in bag Sous-Vide style by placing entire bag into hot water after bringing to a boil and reducing heat. Warm in water for 3 - 4 minutes.
