Beer and Mesquite Smoked Beef Brisket
Our Beer and Mesquite Smoked Beef Brisket is made with our own spice mix, then slow smoked using Beer soaked and Mesquite wood chips to develop a deep flavored Beef Brisket. We use the "Texas Crutch" method, creating a beautiful dar flavourful exterior bark, while braising the brisket in it's own juices creating a mouth watering serving of goodness.
- Our Smoked Brisket comes in 240g/1/2lb sliced packages. If you are looking to eat this as part of a meal, I would suggest a single 240g/1/2lb portions per 2 people.
- Our meats, are perfect for any special occasion, appetizer, charcuterie board or gift.
- Suggest warming in bag Sous-Vide style by placing entire bag into hot water after brining to a boil. Reduce heat and soak in package till heated to desired temperature 5 - 10 minutes to allow it to marinade in its juices.
- Brisket is traditioinally served hot immediately after cooking and is a juicy tender meat, though after cooling and slicing, the meat can seem a little dryer if there isn't enough fat to moisten it. If you find the brisket a little dry, a little beef stock, au just, beef gravy/demi-glaze or your favorite BBQ sauce. Brisket can be eaten on its own with sauces but we believe it is best on sandwhiches with a nice Aioli on a Brioche bun and dunked in AuJus.
