Pecan Smoked Tofu
Although we are technically a Meat Shop, there are a number of Heathens out there who prefer the taste of something with no meat at all. In an attempt to satisfy their cravings and expand our market, we are offering our new Pecan Smoked Tofu.
We take a block of firm Tofu and cold smoke it with Pecan Wood for approximetly 2 hours in order to develop a light smokey flavour. This Tofu is excellent on salads or will compliment any dish you wish to explore.
All smoked products should be refridgerated or frozen for later use. Allow products to thaw completely from freezer and aerated for 1/2 hr. before serving. Best served with White wine and any of our fine smoked cheeses.
