Hickory Smoked Gouda
Our Hickory Smoked Gouda is essential to any charcuterie board, meal or simply be eaten on its own. Being it is so fresh, we suggest allowing the smoke to marinate the cheese for a time before eating in order to get the most out of the flavours. Then allow to aerate for 30 minutes and come to room temperature.
