Bourbon and Mesquite Smoked Pork Ribs
Our Bourbon and Mesquite Pork Back Ribs are seasoned and glazed with our own rub spices and glaze mixtures, then smoked using the traditional 3-2-1 method using Bourbon soaked and Mesquite wood chips for hours until they are saturated with flavor and on the verge of falling off the bone providing a perfect melt in your mouth experience.
- Suggest warming in bag Sous-Vide style by placing entire bag into hot water after bringing to a boil and reducing the heat. Cook till heated to desired temperature approximately 10 minutes minutes or in oven at 400 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes or less depending on conventional or convection ovens prior to devouring.
- Depending on how big of an eater you are, one half rack per person should be sufficient.
